Coachella. It's a music festival in southern California. It's a celebration of many musical tastes, with this year's acts ranging from a reunited Rage Against the Machine to the Roots to the Decembrists to Manu Chao. It's also the focal point of a week-long journey to be made by four students from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. These wayfarers have an old Buick, tickets to the show and a reckless abandon to tackle whatever crosses their paths. This blog aims to chronicle said trip.
